BDL Recruitment 2025: Age Relaxations
PwBD Candidates:
Ten years more than the relaxation for the categories (UR/EWS +10, OBC +10, SC/ST +10).
Jammu & Kashmir Domicile:
For candidates who were born between January 1, 1980, and December 31, 1989, there is a five years relaxation.
Ex-Servicemen:
Age relaxation based on years of service is permitted by the Government of India.
Internal Candidates:
The highest age that permanent BDL employees can be is 55 years.

For Management Trainees:
Phase 1: Computer-Based Online Test (CBT)
Phase 2: Personal Interview
CBT Details:
- Total: 150 questions (100 Technical + 50 General Aptitude)
- Duration: 2 hours
- Negative Marking: 0.25 for each wrong answer
For AM (Legal), SM (Civil), DGM (Civil):
- Shortlisting based on experience and qualifications.
- Direct interview.
